Collaborative Mind Mapping
Collaborative mind-mapping is a technique where two or more coachees silently build a mind map together. In the centre of the mind map, we visualise a goal or problem to solve. Visualising a topic is as simple as writing it down.

The example above is from an Agile team retrospective (A regular meeting where a team reflects on their performance).
The goal was to brainstorm tweaks that would improve how they worked as a team. In this case, two people worked on the mind map at the same time, each expanding or adding to the other’s thoughts. You’ll notice two different styles of handwriting.
